These Terms & Conditions govern the rules and conditions for using the Qbyte IT website and our IT solutions for companies. By accessing this website or using our services, you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please do not use our website or services.

2. Professional Services

Qbyte IT operates exclusively on a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. All managed IT services, cloud architecture, web design projects and AI integrations are subject to separate Master Service Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW), which prevail over these general terms with respect to the specific deliverables of a project.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Except where explicitly stated, Qbyte IT and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in all material published on the Qbyte IT website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this material for the internal use of your organization, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms. You may not republish, sell, rent or sub-license the proprietary digital architecture or workflows of Qbyte IT.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, Qbyte IT excludes all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and its use. Nothing in this clause will limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, nor will it limit any liability in a way that is not permitted under applicable Romanian and European law.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sibiu, Romania, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the website.

6. Consumer Protection (ANPC)

Although our services are intended for companies (B2B), in situations where consumer rights apply, clients are entitled to access alternative dispute resolution channels. Information about the National Authority for Consumer Protection can be found in the footer of our website or at anpc.ro. Online dispute resolution is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
